We will retain your information in the AlwaysHired application for up to seven years or as long as your account is active or is needed to provide you the Service in accordance with AlwaysHired’s Terms of Service. Please note that some information may remain in our private business records after deletion of such information from your account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
