Questions
Who is this for?
People with sales, RevOps or operations experience moving into GTM Engineering. It isn't for complete beginners to sales or GTM, and it takes about 10 hours a week.
How much does it cost?
$2,500 per seat. Tuition includes 10 weeks of live training, a Clay Growth plan seat with 30,000 credits and 40,000 actions per month for 90 days from kickoff, preparation for Clay's Inbound and Outbound Certifications, a portfolio, and 1-on-1 job-search support.
Can my employer pay for it?
Yes. AlwaysHired can invoice your company. You can also use the sample email above to ask your manager about the $2,500 training budget.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes. It's about 10 hours a week. We set live session times with the cohort during interviews so they fit around work, and every session is recorded.
Do I get a Clay Certification?
The program prepares you for Clay's Inbound and Outbound Certifications. Completing the bootcamp does not automatically grant a Clay Certification.
Is a job guaranteed?
No. AlwaysHired supports you until you land a role, but neither AlwaysHired nor Clay guarantees employment, interviews or placement.
Do I need to code?
No. You'll learn SQL, Python and API basics in the program.
What happens after I apply?
If it's a fit, you'll get a short take-home, then a 20-minute interview. Admissions decisions go out by December 18.
How much time does it take?
About 10 hours per week for 10 weeks, including two live 90-minute sessions (recorded).
Is it remote?
Yes. Live sessions are online and recorded.
