Today is a really special day for us and we’d like to share it with you. Our newest venture, AlwaysHired, is officially out of beta and launched to the public. Over the past few months we’ve worked hard to test out our hypothesis: companies need a better way to staff their sales teams and set them up for success.
As a result, we established AlwaysHired, a tech sales bootcamp for candidates who are looking to break into technology sales. They gain the skills and experience they need to not only find sales jobs in the technology space, but to succeed in them.
Think Dev Bootcamp for Sales — we serve high potential candidates by helping them get their foot in the door in technology. We screen for accountability, coachability, and work ethic. We require our students to give us their time, ability to lean in to our trainings, and positive attitude to trust the process. Since the end of August, we’ve graduated 29 students from bootcamp and, on average, place 80% of our students in their first technology sales jobs within 30 days of graduating.

Rebecca is only one of so many we’ve helped in such a short period of time. We are extremely connected to our social mission of finding quality jobs for people who may not have otherwise had been given a chance. To truly leverage our experience and help drive this mission, we built a curriculum that is tested by time and stands apart from typical sales training courses:
1. Skills: Sales fundamentals including lead generation, outreach, objection handling & closing workshops, sales tools trainings for Salesforce, PersistIQ, and Clearslide. Deep dives into pipeline management, sales operations and performance metrics.
2. Experience: Students make real life sales calls with active feedback from bootcamp leaders, work through actual leads from real companies, and track their work in Salesforce with rewards for top performance.
3. Placement: Students will work with interview coaches to prepare their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, perform mock interviews, and determine which companies would be a best fit.
The field work we offer is what gives our students the experience they need to succeed and our partner companies the confidence they need to hire our candidates.
