When I originally texted my close friends / advisors about this update I used language similar to "We just closed arguably the biggest deal in Always Hired Sales Bootcamp history." One of the hardest lessons I've had to learn going from hard nose sales leader to compassionate executive (still working on it) is that nothing is more important than the team. Nothing is more important, within reason, to the feelings of each individual team member and I myself could only truly be happy if the team was happy. What a kum-ba-yah moment huh? Blame my Ph.D Psych parents that raised me in Berkeley. Anyways... As of December 2018 our student growth has been insane...shout out to Rookie of the Year Kevin Lehman (please don't poach him yet). We also increased the # of partners we started working with; however, placements did not go up. Weird right? Yea, tell me about it...we figured out why though...and have brought on someone to take this new learning and help scale it to our next milestone.
