Always Hired reshaped my lens of the world. I learned new methodologies and processes for bringing a new idea to the market, the importance of building a community, hiring the right people and building an aligned culture, how to scale a company and so much more. The company is growing and I work with an amazing team, but don’t you ever wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can go anywhere in the whole world? When I asked myself the same thing, I knew it was time for me to find my next adventure, wherever in the world it may take me. Next month I will be leaving my role at Always Hired by choice. Always Hired has grown into a living archive of success stories. I’m proud of what we have created together, which was why it was so hard to say the words “I’m leaving”. I am grateful for the support of my friends, the opportunities I’ve been given, and the assistance and mentorship from those in Silicon Valley community. You know who you are! I have been fortunate enough to work alongside the most amazing, thoughtful, talented and dedicated humans that anyone might wish for.
