AlwaysHired, a tech-enabled SDR training and placement company, teams up with Charlie Rebich who joins the company as a Managing Partner and Head of Sales. Charlie will lead sales and the development of the training curriculum. Over the course of his career, he has closed over $15,000,000 in net new business and has had great success training sales reps.

Charlie comes to us most recently from American Express where he trained and managed sales representatives in the northern California region. His achievement of greatest pride was taking a brand new sales team and within 3 months leading them to the number one spot in new business sales.

Charlie combines his long-standing sales experience with a passion for people and maximizing their potential. In addition to his sales background, Charlie is a certified life coach and mindfulness instructor. Prior to American Express, he was the primary consultant of Zone Leadership Consulting and trained teams and coached individuals in the skills of sales, mindfulness and conflict resolution.

As a sales trainer, Charlie works on developing the whole person. He teaches the “hard” skills of selling -  asking direct questions, closing and having a hunter mentality and also the “soft” skills of communication - emotional intelligence, active listening, and empathy. With a balance of both these skills, he empowers trainees to be their best selves, top performers in sales as well as life.
