Week 1 Business Training

  • Day 1
    Intro to business. Learn about the markets, industries, valuations, corporate growth strategies
  • Day 2
    Learn to speak like a business person. How do you answer a work call? When to talk professionally and when to keep it casual
  • Day 3
    Learn to look the part. Do you dress up for phone interviews? Cleaning up your public image
  • Day 4
    Finding and creating relationships. Building a network and community that fosters innovation and growth
  • Day 5
    Spend time with one of our mentors. Get real feedback by someone who usually sits on the other side of the table

Week 2 Sales Training

  • Day 1
    Approach to Sales. Question Based Selling, Salesperson vs Consultant, Challenger Sale, Getting to the Decision Maker
  • Day 2
    Tools training. Salesforce, Building Lead lists, Sending email campaigns, learn the tools SDRs use everyday
  • Day 3
    Workshops. Objection Handling, Closing, Identifying Pain Points, Script Practice
  • Day 4
    Make real life sales calls. Prove you are ready by cold calling real prospects on behalf of real technology companies
  • Day 5
    Analyze your cold calling data using Sales Operations best practices. You now have tech sales and Salesforce experience!

Week 3 Land a Job

  • Day 1
    Online Presence. We’ll help you update your professional collateral on LinkedIn as well as your resume
  • Day 2
    Interview Workshops. Group trainings focused on giving you the skills you need to be confident in interviews
  • Day 3
    1-on-1 Interviews. You’ll be matched up with a trainer and go through mock interviews. We will practice phone interviews, in-person interviews, and offer negotiation
  • Day 4
    Meet our Partners. You will meet with our partner companies at a networking event we host for you. This is your chance to impress them in a social setting
  • Day 5
    The Success Principles. Follow our simple steps to build a repeatable process that ensures you are set up for success in your next job and beyond
